A management retreat was held on 22 Jan. 2016. During the retreat, items related to General Education, Joint Advisory System, Language Learning and Student Disciplinary Procedure & Award System have been discussed. Participants included Chair of University Council, Rector, Vice Rectors, Faculty Dean, College Masters and other top management. Integration of education in both Faculty and Residential Colleges to reflect the Unique “4-in-1” Education Model has been discussed amongst top management and participants. All showed full support to this unique holistic educational model and engaged in valuable discussion on ways and means to reach the goals. Participants realize the purpose and importance of Community & Peer education component of the 4-in-1 education via the full implementation of the residential college system.
